where there were in the

folder,
having been downloaded from the TVU server using the script
"\\GOKULAM\ZBook_home\TVU_kali\more"
by a series of command

(The content of the script is:

The downloaded files have all undergone a SEARCH-and-REPLACE
such that
[from page 0101 onwards)

BECOMES
kali0\2\.html

(between pages 0002 and 0098 the formula is different).
