TRANSLATION
- The leather berried birdwood creeper
which has rich foliage blossoms white flowers (2)
- like the cloudless sky which is adorned with stars (1)
- The cowherds who carry forked sticks (4)
- adorn themselves abundantly (4)
- with the white flowers of white malabar glory lily
having lines, which has curved bunches (3)
- return home with many herds of cows, (6)
- which are wet in the day with rain (5)
- with their chaplets wet with rain water (6),
- The clouds which are full of water spread out high in the sky (8),
- and pour heavily (7)
- and on account of that the rising swollen water
flows swiftly in every street (8)
- The autumn season has arrived and come to stay (10)
- with thunders of great noise joining with one another (9),
