• Companion ! Let you live long. Attentively listen to what I say (1)

தோழி! வாழி! (1); காண்(1); நாடன் கேண்மை இனி(5) அன்னை(12) முருகென(14) (எண்ணிக் காவல் கண்ணிப்(13), பலியொடு விரைஇ(12), வேலனைத் பருவமாக நமக்குப் பயந்தன்று(15). சிறுகுடியாங்கண்(6) வேங்கையின்(7) பொன்வீதாஅய்(8) அறை வரிக்கும் முன்றிலில் குறவர்(9) மகளிரொடு குரவை தூங்கும்(10) களம் கடுப்பப்(11) பூம்பலியொடு விரைஇ(12).
