- which was performed with great effort
long ago, the tall one who annihilated the members of the royal families.

and as you have suffered (11)
- In Uṇur where the waves of the roaring sea whirls
in the morning, and which has large stocks of old paddy,
big makaṉṟil birds which cannot bear separation (12-14)
- By the lovable coition in which you both enter
into each other's heart (14)

and never changing, (14-15)

for the big shoulders which were made beautiful
minutely adorning them, (20)

as to be compared to the bamboo of fresh growth (19)

where corns of paddy are long (18)
- and where (the fishermen) heap on the shore
the prawn of bending back along with other kinds of fish (17)

to which are fixed straight sticks,
in the black backwaters, so that they may not lose
their beauty (21-22)
