• where long bamboos which have grown very high, give shade to the place (16),
• when the darkness that creates confusion in the early dewy season has disappeared (15)
• and when dew falls like rain, (15)
• like the sides of the temples of an elephant from which must oozes out (17)
• (On that summit) the fragrant flowers of east indian kino tree indicating the wedding day (20),
• drop and they appear like the stripes on the skin of the tiger (19).
• The group of male monkeys (21)

• climb up the big branch which grows tall (21)
• and jump about inviting their kin (22)
• (our talaivar) has gone beyond the desert (24)
