• eyes coated with collyrium which are as beautiful as the blue nelumbo flowers blossoming at down (12)
• red lips, sharp teeth like the thorns and which are thick like the root of the peacock's feather, (11)

• to pine (13)?

(தலைவ)! சுரம் செல விரும்பினிர் ஆயின்(10) வாள் நுதல்(10) புலம்பப்(13) பதிபெயர்ந்து உறைதல் நுமக்கு ஒல்லுமோ(14). வெண்தேர் ஓடும்(2) வியன் காட்டில்(3) யானை கை நீட்டியும்(4) வாய்திறந்தும்(5) புனல் பெறாது(5) புலந்து கழியும் வதும்(6), கொடுவில் ஆடவரது நடுகல் நிலைபெற்ற அதர்களையுடையதும்(8) அரம்பு கொள் பூசல் களையுநர் இல்லாததும் ஆகிய(9) சுரம்(10).
