This incident of aṉṉi cutting down the mast wood tree of titiyaṉ is mentioned before in akam 45, ll.10-12. As it is mentioned (அகம்.126-15-17) that aṉṉi died in that battle the words can be arranged in this way also; திதியன் புன்னை முழுமுதல் துமியப்பண்ணிய அன்னி போலக் கடுநவைப் படீஇயர்;
