(தலைவ)! நெடுந்திமில் தொழிலொடுவைஇயதந்தைக்குக்(3) குறுமகள்(6) மூரல்போன்ற வெண்சோறு(4) புளிக்கறி சொரிந்து(5), தடியொடு கொடுக்கும்(6) தொண்டி அன்ன எம்(7) ஒண் தொடி நெமுக்காதீமோ(8); "ஓரை ஆடினும் உயங்கும் ஒளி! எனக்(11) கொன்னும் சிவப்போன் ஆகிய(12) யாய்(15) காணின்(12) சோழர் குடந்தை வைத்த(13) நிதியினும் செறிய(14) அருங்கடிப்படுக்குவள்(15).

நாடுதருநிதி may also mean the accumulated wealth given by way of taxes by the subjects

நாடு is ākupeyar in this sense also.
