- where the eye-like huge flowers of the blue water-lily matured
- on the big ghat grazed by shells, where swift-going sword-fish are roaming,
- flower coolly, along with the blue lotus, fragrant with nectar,
- at the time when the sapphire petals close, in the evening,
- while the mouths of the buds open on the pear-tree that budded.
