Civaṉ who has a cobra which has a big hood and who dwells with desire in Ciṟukuṭi which has a very strong wall of enclosure!

those who pay obesisance to you reach heaven which is the abode of the immortals.

Civaṉ who has a caṭai coiled into a crown and wound, and who dwells in ciṟukuṭi where you feel joy with a lady of small waist!

those who have approached your feet fit to be worshipped have no big diseases.

Civaṉ who holds a leaping deer and dwells in ciṟukuṭi which has clear water.

all good things will reach those who meditate upon your feet fit to be worshipped.

Civaṉ who burnt the cities of the enemies and who dwells with desire in ciṟukuṭi surrounded by fields which produce a superior kind of paddy of yellowish hue!

those who meditate upon you have fitness to expound the greatness of performing service to you.

{$} செற்றினில் மலிபுனல் சிறுகுடிமேவிய, பெற்றிகொள்பிறைமுடியீரே
Civaṉ who wears on his head a crescent which has the fortune of staying there and who dwells with desire in ciṟukuṭi which has abundant water in the small fields (செற்றினில் may also be taken as the shortening of the word சேற்றினில்)

உமைப்பேணி நஞ்சு அற்றவர் அருவினை இலரே
those whose hearts become softened by cherishing you with love and are free from attachments have no karmam-s which are irresistible

{$} செங்கயல் புனல் அணிசிறுகுடி மேவிய, மங்கையை இடம் உடையீரே
Civaṉ who has a young lady on the left side and who dwells with desire is cirukuṭi made beautiful by water which abounds in red carp fish.

those who sing songs of benediction do not have any fear; they are people with good penance to their credit (நலர்தவம் should be construed as நல்தவர் this is what is called in grammar விகுதிபிரித்துக்கூட்டுதல்)

Civaṉ who crushed the strength of the ten-headed arakkaṉ and who dwells in ciṟukuṭi which is worshipped by people coming from all directions?

that is really worship which those who approach you and worship you without any blemish.

Civaṉ who caused exhaustion to two persons (Māl and Piramaṉ) and who dwells in ciṟukuṭi where there are fields which have ridges like battle-fields.

those who praise you have no irresistible Karmams and sufferings as a result of them.

Civaṉ who is beyond the reach of buddhists and amaṇar and who dwells with desire in cirukuṭi made beautiful by the water in the fields.

praising you is the highly valued prize of your devotees.

Civaṉ who holds in the hand a deer and who dwells with desire in ciṟukuṭi! which is made beautiful by honey combs.
