{3:50}__1+
{$} விரும்பும் திங்களும் கங்கையும் விம்மவே: the crescent desired by all people, and Kankai to increase in excellence.
சுரும்பும் தும்பியும் சூழ்சடையார்க்கு இடம்: the place of Civaṉ whose caṭai the bees, curumpu and tumpi are surrounding.
கரும்பும் செந்நெலும் காய் கமுகின் வளம் நெருங்கும் தண்டலை நீள்நெறி (காண்மின்) (ஏ): (People of this world!) You know that it is taṇṭalai nīṇeṟi where the products of sugar-cane, red variety of superior paddy and fruit-bearing areca-palms are crowded.; [[காண்மின், ஏ can be left out as expletives.]]

{$} இகழும் காலன் இதயத்தும் என்னுளும் திகழும் சேவடியான் திருந்தும் இடம்: is the perfect place of Civaṉ whose red-lotus feet shine in the heart of the god of death who slighted, him and within me.; [[PP: வழிபாடு செய்யும் பாலன் மிசைச் சென்று பாசம் விசிறி மறிந்த சிந்தைக் காலன் அறிந்தனன் அறிதற்கு அரியான் கழலடியே (nāvukkaracar, taṉittiraviruttam, 11)]]
புகழும் பூமகளும் புணர் பூசுரர் நிகழும் தண்டலை நீள் நெறி (காண்மின்), (ஏ): (People of this world!) you know that it is Taṇṭalai Nīṇeṟi where brahmins in whom fame and wealth are united; [[பூமகள் the goddess of wealth who is seated in the red lotus flower.]]

{3:50}__3+
{$} பரந்த நீலப்படர் எரி வல்விடம் கரந்த கண்டத்தினான் கருதும் இடம்: the place which is always desired by Civaṉ who had concealed the strong and burning blue-coloured poison which spread and gave trouble.
சுரந்த மேதி துறைபடிந்து ஓடையில் நிரந்த தண்டலை நீள் நெறி (காண்மின்) (ஏ): is Taṇṭalai Nīṇeṟi where in the rivulets the buffaloes stand in a row, having plunged into the ghats, having secreted milk.

{$} தவந்த என்பும் தவளப் பொடியுமே உவந்த மேனியினான் உறையும்(ம்) இடம்: the place where Civaṉ who rejoiced in adorning his body with burnt bones, and smearing with white sacred ash resides.
சிவந்த பொன்னும் செழுந்தரளங்களும் நிவந்த தண்டலை நீணெறி (காண்மின், ஏ): is taṇṭalai nīṇeṟi where superior gold and mature pearls are in large quantities found.

{$} இலங்கை வேந்தன் இருபது தோள் இற, விலங்கலில் (ல்) அடர்த்தான் விரும்பும்(ம்) இடம்: the place of Civaṉ who pressed under the mountain to crush the twenty shoulders of the King of ilaṇkai.
சலம் கொள் இப்பி, தரளமும், சங்கமும், நிலம்கொள் தண்டலை நீணெறி (காண்மின், ஏ): is taṇṭaalai nīṇeṟi where the oysters which are under water, pearls and conches are found on the land.

{$} கருவரு உந்தியின் நான்முகன் கண்ணன் என்று இருவரும் தெரியா ஒருவன்(ன்) இடம்: the place of the unequalled Civaṉ who could not be known by the four-faced Piramaṉ who came into existence in the navel of Māl, and kaṇṇaṉ (Māl)
செரு வருந்திய செம்பியன் கோச் செங்கண் நிருபர் தண்டலை நீள்நெறி (காண்மின், ஏ): is taṇtalai nīṇeṟi built by the King, Kōcceṅkaṇ, who spent all his life in waging battles.

{$} கலவு சீவரத்தார் கையில் உண்பவர் குலவமாட்டாக் குழகன் உறைவிடம்: the place of dwelling of the youth Civaṉ who is not appreciated by the buddhists who cover their bodies with Civaram and amaṇar who eat their food using their hands as eating plates.
சுலவு மாமதிலும் சுதை மாடமும் நிலவு தண்டலை நீள் நெறி (காண்மின், ஏ): is taṇṭalai nīṇeṟi where the big wall of fortification surrounding the place and white plastered storeys are conspicuous.

VMS11 / {3:50}__PIFI8+
{$} தண்டலை நீள் நெறி நாதனை: upon the master in taṇṭalai nīṇeṟi.
நீற்றர் தோற்றும் மேன்மையர் தோணிபுரத்திறை சாற்று ஞானசம்பந்தன் தமிழ் வலார்: those who are able to recite the tamiḻ verses composed by ñāṉacampantaṉ who is praised and who is the chief in toṇipuram, where great people appear beautiful having adorned themselves with sacred ash.
மாற்று இல் செல்வர்: are people of wealth which never leaves them.
பிறப்பை மறப்பர் (ஏ): will forget being born again; [[they will not be born again]]
