அழகன் அன்னியூர்க் குழகன் சேவடி தொழுது வாழ்மின்
Live happily by worshipping the red feet of the young and beautiful god in aṉṉiyūr.

அத்தர் அன்னியூர்ச்சித்தர்தாள் தொழ
if you worship the feet of the cittar in aṉṉiyūr who is also our father.

you will be free from the cycle of birth and death (If the reading were ஆவிரே it would be appropriate)

அறவம் அன்னியூர் மறை உளான் கழற்கு உறவு செய்ம்மினே
Develop intimacy with the feet of Civaṉ in aṉṉiyūr who is the hidden meaning of the vētam and the embodiment of all virtues.

உம்பர் ஆக
to become tēvar.
அன்பன் அன்னியூர் நன்பொன் என்னுமின்
always say, our friend! the gold without impurities in aṉṉiyūr.

{$} அந்தணாளர்தம் தந்தை, அன்னியூர் எந்தையே என
People of this world! if you say, Father of the brahmins! our father in aṉṉiyūr!
பந்தம் நீங்குமே
all your bondages will leave you of their own accord.

{$} தூர்த்தனைச் சென்ற தீர்த்தன் அன்னியூர் ஆத்தமா அடைந்து
reaching with friendly feelings aṉṉiyūr belonging to the pure Civaṉ who destroyed the debauchee (Irāvaṇaṉ)
ஏத்தி (1) வாழ்மின்
Live happily by praising him.

will become the sole ruler of heaven.

{$} குண்டர் தேரருக்கு அண்டன் அன்னியூர்த் தொண்டு உளார் வினை
all the Karmams of those devotees in aṉṉiyūr belonging to Civaṉ who could not be approached by the low persons (jains) and tērar (buddhists) (அண்டன்-அண்டான்)
விண்டுபோகும்
will go away from them, incapable of yielding their fruits.
