{$} மாசுஇல் மிழலையீர்
Civaṉ in Miḻalai which has no blemish.
வாசிதீரவே காசு (1) நல்குவீர்
grant me coins without discount in changing them.
ஏசல் இல்லை
there is no reproach.

{$} இறைவர் ஆயினீர்
Civaṉ who is the master!
மறைகொள் மிழலையீர்
and who is in Miḻalai which has Vētam-s!
கறைகொள் காசினை முறைமை நல்குமே
grant me the coins which are defective, in the proper manner, without defect.

{$} செய்ய மேனியீர்
Civaṉ who has a red form!
மெய்கொள்மிழலையீர்
who is in Miḻalai where truth reigns!
பைகொள் அரவினீர்
and who has a cobra with a hood!
உய்ய நல்குமே
grant me a defectless coins to save me.

{$} நீறுபூசினீர்
Civaṉ who smeared holy ash!
ஏறு (அது) ஏறினீர்
who mounted on a bull
கூறும் (1) மிழலையீர்
who is in Miḻalai which is highly praised
பேறும் அருளுமே
grant me not only blemishless coin but also eternal bliss.

Civaṉ who issued from the frontal eye fire with smoke to burn Kāmaṉ.

grant me well-being (protection)

{$} பிணிகொள்சடையினீர்
Civaṉ who has a twisted caṭai!
மணிகொள்மிடறினீர்
who has a neck resembling sapphire!
அணிகொள்மிழலையீர்
who is in beautiful Miḻalai!
பணிகொண்டருளுமே
command us to do service to you.

{$} மங்கை பங்கினீர்
Civaṉ who has as one half a young lady!
துங்கம் மிழலையீர்
who is in eminent Miḻalai!
கங்கைமுடியினீர்
who has Kaṅkai on the head!
சங்கை தவிருமே
remove our doubts.

{$} அரக்கன் நெரிதர, இரக்கம் எய்தினீர்
you took pity on Arakkaṉ when he was crushed!
பரக்கும் மிழலையீர்
who is in Miḻalai whose fame has spread everywhere.
கரக்கை தவிர்மினே
give up being partial.

{$} அயனும் மாலுமாய் முயலும் முடியினீர்
you have a head and (feet) which both Ayaṉ and Māl tried to find out.
பயனும் அருளுமே
grant me the eternal bliss also.

{$} பறிகொள் தலையினார் அறிவது அறிகிலார்
the amaṇar who pluck the hairs on their heads are not capable of knowing what they should know.
வெறிகொள்மிழலையீர்
Civaṉ who is in Miḻalai full of fragrance!
பிறிவது அரியதே
it is difficult to be separated from you.

{$} காழிமாநகர், வாழி சம்பந்தன், வீழிமிழலைமேல் தாழும் மொழிகளே
(Those who are able to recite) the verses dedicated to Vīḻimiḻalai by Campantaṉ of the great city of Kāḻi, (will attain all good things)
