கங்கையொடு திங்கள் சூடி
having worn the crescent along with the Kaṅkai.
கடிகமழும் கொன்றைத் தொங்கலானே
God who wears a garland of koṉṟai which spreads fragrance!
தூய நீற்றாய்
who smears pure sacred ash!
வெங்கண் ஆணை ஈர்உரி போர்த்து
covering yourself with the skin of an elephant of cruel eyes, wet with blood.

Civaṉ who has a cruel bow from which the bow-string became loose to shoot an arrow to being angry with all the three forts which had high entrances to be engulfed by fire.

holding a trident of three blades which has greatness.

your devotees will bow before you thinking that you are the good qualities and faults.

those who are able to recite the exceedingly beautiful garlands of Tamiḻ verses composed by Ñāṉacampantaṉ, who has good knowledge of refined Tamiḻ which is superior to others in this world, who has good qualities, who is the chief of Cirapuram which has ancient fame born out of good conduct.
